Construction Details
Inner Pipe (MLCP)
The inner structure is a multi-layer composite of plastic and aluminium, offering strength, flexibility, and oxygen diffusion resistance — ideal for both domestic and commercial systems.
Insulation Layer
Encasing the pipe is a 7 mm extruded, closed-cell polyethylene foam layer. This maintains consistent thermal performance, reduces heat loss, and incorporates a vapour barrier to prevent condensation.
Protective Foil
The insulation is finished with a durable PE-LD outer foil, improving mechanical protection and ensuring extended service life.
