The Heatmiser neoStat-e V3 in White is a modern electric floor heating thermostat designed to give you precise, energy-efficient comfort in any room. Whether you’re upgrading a bathroom, kitchen, or living space, neoStat-e V3 lets you manage electric underfloor heating with flexible scheduling and accurate temperature sensing.
Use the Heatmiser neoStat-e V3 as a thermostat for steady room comfort or as a timer to control towel rails, lighting, or other electric loads. The unit supports multiple sensing modes—air only, floor only, or a combination of both—so you can tailor heating performance to different floor finishes and room layouts.
Pair neoStat-e V3 with the neoHub (sold separately) to unlock smart control through the Neo app. With Neo’s wireless Mesh technology, each device strengthens the network, improving range and reliability compared with traditional RF systems. You can also expand your system with optional accessories such as a wireless air sensor for remote or averaged temperature readings, and a door/window contact to pause heating when a window is opened.
Supplied with a 3 metre remote floor sensor, neoStat-e V3 is compatible with common NTC probes and can switch loads up to 16A, making it suitable for most electric underfloor heating mats and cables.
