- Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
- All related parts and components must be included.
- A copy of your order number must accompany the return.
- Returns cannot be accepted without an order number or if items are not in a re-saleable condition
Faulty or Defective Goods
- We operate a back-to-base warranty, meaning all faulty items must be returned before replacements are issued.
- If you purchase an advanced replacement, it must be ordered within 7 days prior to returning the faulty item to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds for faulty goods will be issued in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy once the fault is confirmed.
- For defective products, return postage costs will be refunded. For unwanted items, shipping and carriage costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns for adhesives, primers, screeds, or bespoke systems made to order.
Refunds and Processing
- Refunds or exchanges will be provided only if goods are returned in the condition supplied.
- Returns and refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
- We do not cover consequential losses, including the cost of replacing previously installed floor coverings.

- While we make every effort to meet customer requirements, cancellations or variations may occasionally be necessary due to causes beyond our control
